007-Berengaria Brooch

Brooch made of cast brass and finished with hand-hammered brass pin and hardened. Outside diameter 4.3 cm, internal diameter 2.7 cm. This brooch decorated with inset stones and imitation of the statue was taken from the tomb of Queen Berengaria (D. about 1230) performed in the second quarter of the thirteenth century, and now in the Church of St. Julien, Le Mans, France.
This pin will not be an exact copy of the original, but recreate the style of the period.
